Until 2009 I used to fish mainly with live bait, but after meeting a fellow travellor, who introduced me to lure fishing, I am now an avid lure fisherman and will not go back to fishing with bait unless I am outy to sea in deep water over reefs. I have so far caught approximately 30 barra at the Daly River in 2009 and am looking forward to many more areas in Australia where my 3.5 mtr tinnie and I can fish with lures.
