Winter on Fraser Island
After many months in planning I finally made it to Fraser Island. The Challenger was packed to the roof full of camping gear and all the other necesities for a great trip. As we rolled onto the sand on Rainbow Beach before getting onto the barge we could really feel that the adventure was about to begin.
Frasers easy going driving made a great intoduction to 4wd's for myself. The fantastic campsites, beautiful rainforest and great fishing made for one of my best holidays ever.
Im already planning my next trip to Fraser but in the meantime I'll find some more destinations closer to home
