When Anton said he was visiting from South Africa - I had no idea that meant he was only coming to WA and it was purely to fish!
I thought it would be fun to join for 1 week of their planned month long fishing trip- I would sit on the beach drinking beer all day while the rod was in the water catching fish!
mmmmm - not as such.
They fish off the big scary cliffs and there is no beer being drunk.
I would have the wine chilled when we got home to accompany the fresh tuna though.
We started in Perth - drove up to just outside Kalbarri - then again up to just past Carnavon - Quobba Station.
A truely sensational trip.
