Why it a lemon
Where do I start? After around 15000km I would drive for around 40minutes and the car would loose power, it was extremely impressive when I was on the highway and would then have to pull over and completely shut the car down for 5 minutes. It turned out the common rail was putting too little pressure through and as a result the car would die. After that was rectified, when the car was around 12 months old, I had to get it towed, I would not start, turned out that it was just a fuse but Werribee Mitsubishi in Victoria said they would not look at it for around 1 week, I was due to drive home in 3 days time so I paid for it to get towed to another dealer.
Mitsubishi said they would reimburse me but they never did. After that, fuses kept blowing randomly for 3 months and then I haven’t blown one since. I also had a stone guard protector fitted and it rubbed the paint on the bonnet back to bare metal as a result of incorrect mounting. Mitsubishi re-sprayed it but they took the stickers off and now one of the stickers is no longer in existence. I was told that i would have the money re-imbursed but it has been 5 months since ALBION PARK Mitsubishi were given the invoices and they havent even contacted me. Mitsubishi have been nothing but painful to deal with, i have given up on them, i am now spreading the word as much as i can.
