We then travelled accross the Sandover Highway to Alice Springs in the Northern Territory  lots of burnt our cars not much else other thanscrub road really good  We then travelled up the Tanami and camped at the Rabbit Flat Roadhouse good cheap camp spots here with a toilet  road gets very corrigated in spots after the road house, and then across to Fitzroy Crossing in Western Australia. We then travelled to Derby  interesting Jetty to look at here, and then on to Broome really liked Broome lots to look at and to do, a must is the Willie Creek Pearl Farm Tour  and the Sunset cruise on the Broome Pearl Lugger we had a great time a young couple run the cruise and make it really make it enjoyable. Cable Beach was beautiful you can drive on the north end and the camel ride was good.We then headed down the coast Porthedland is very industrial and so is Karratha and very expensive to stay there. We travelled out to Exmouth and it was worth it lots to see and do great seafood  there are canyons to visit and beaches are great, and there is good accommodation we then travelled through Geraldton and to Dongara a quiet town on the coast we then travelled up to Mount Magnet and then across to Sandstone , the Brewery and London Bridge are a must just out of Sandstone  Leinster is next  this is a mining town like most out here with prefab houses we then went to  Laverton and then across to Neale Junction via the Anne Beadell Highway this was very wet and in some places it was like driving through a lake, there are a couple of old station  ruins and some interesting rock formations road a little corrigated  from there we went down the Connie sue  Highway to Rawlinna  through a couple of  stations lots of burnt out cars here, road fairly wide at the start but narrows at patches, hugh bulldust spots at times hard to pick best part of road to travel on, met a farmer just as well as our map was wrong from Rawlinna to Cocklebiddy on the Nullarbor, he was able to tell us the correct route down to Cocklebiddy. We then travelled home back through Ceduna, Port Augusta down through Adelaide to Victor Habor then to Strathalbyn and we crossed the murray river at Wellington and on to Kingston SE on the Princes highway pass the Coorongs through Mount Gambier  then Casterton a lovely country town, we then travelled through Colac, Geelong   and Melbourne and then home, we were away 4 weeks and really enjoyed our trip.
