             <title>Rainbow Beach Family Fishing Classic</title>

I have been fortunate enough to be at Rainbow Beach, about two hours north of Brisbane for the 14th annual Mitsubishi Rainbow Beach Family Fishing Classic. This year's event has attracted record numbers with over 1,000 people competing or just enjoying a family fishing holiday.      Whilst the event is a very relaxed and social tournament, the serious fisherman have been taking their 4WD's along the beach or jumping in their boat to try their luck along one of Australia's most picturesque coastlines!      As you can see with the attached pictures, a number of them have...

             <title>Beautiful one day....</title>
             <description><![CDATA[ 
I know the saying about Queensland is a bit of a cliche "beautiful one day, perfect the next" but that has certainly been true this week at the Mitsubishi Rainbow Beach Family Fishing Classic.    26 degree temperatures and perfect fishing conditions have made this week's tournament a resounding success so far.      The great fishing has certainly continued over the last few days with some great catches being brought in.  The highlight for me so far has to be the 13kg Red Emperor from a bloke from Mackay...what a fish!!      Last night...
