Broome Bliss
Broome
Broome WA is a beautiful historic pearling town, operational still today, that offers some amazing resort style accommodation, and breathtaking natural wonders.
Broome's world famous Cable Beach is one of Australia’s most well known, and much loved spots to stretch out on the sand, and watch the sunset on a friendly night.
Broome is a two and a half hour flight from Perth, a little longer drive! Definitely worth the trip when you take into account its picturesque ochre coast line, and lovely sparkling ocean.
One of Broome's natural treasures is the ‘Staircase to the Moon’. For three days after the full moon, reflections stretch across land to create a stunning illusion of a silvery staircase.
Another interesting natural attraction is Gantheaume Point, where you can visit the prehistoric, laying your eyes on real dinosaur footprints - believed to be more than 130 million years old!
Accommodation wise there is plenty to choose from, no matter your budget or preference. But as always, probably best to book ahead where possible.
